Cox Tong Dog Carriages

With over 700 tong dog carriages built, this design has proven dependable
and long-lasting.  Knees are fabricated of 1/2" steel and furnished
standard with T-1 hardened steel dog teeth.  4" heavy-duty pneumatic
cylinders ensure positive dogging and 3" in/out cylinders extend and retract
teeth to 3 1/2" and 1/2" respectively.  All knees are equipped with double
hold backs provide accuracy and eliminate slack found in most rack and
pinion systems.  Tong Dog carriages are available in 36", 42", 38" and 54"
openings.
